1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed.
  • During high-demand periods such as holidays, sales events, or promotions, processing times may take longer. In the event of any delays, you will be notified promptly.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times
SleekrMe currently ships only within the United States, and all shipping is done through USPS Retail Ground services. Delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (USA only):
  • USPS Retail Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping for Orders Over $80:

    We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $80 within the USA.
  • For orders under $80, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, and all such orders will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground.

4. No Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using USPS Retail Ground, ensuring reliable delivery within the specified timeframe.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking Page.

How to Track Your Order:
  1. Click on the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
  2. Visit our Track My Order page.
  3. Enter your order number and email to view the latest tracking updates.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for orders under $80 will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • All orders under $80 are shipped via USPS Retail Ground. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team at helpdesk@sleekrme.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office. If the issue persists, reach out to us for further assistance.
