SleekrMe Return Policy

At SleekrMe, we are committed to your satisfaction. We have a universal return policy for all items unless otherwise specified to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Window:

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for all products. To qualify, the items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 3 days of submitting your return request.

Product Condition:

Items must be returned in their original condition (new): unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact (in an original clear garment bag with SKU sticker). Due to hygiene reasons, worn or used items will not be accepted. 

Shipping Costs:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: SleekrMe will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

• All Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Processing:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our website will issue a gift card for future purchases. We do not offer refunds; we only offer credit notes.

Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing after we receive the item. Once the return is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:

The following categories are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged:
 
• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Shapewear
• Intimates/Lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear

Photograph Requirement for Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If a product arrives damaged, clear photographs are required to process the return. The following guidelines must be followed to ensure the return request is handled efficiently:

  1. Photograph the Package: Include images showing the external condition of the package upon delivery.

  2. Photograph the Product: Capture clear, detailed images of the product itself, focusing on the areas with visible damage.

  3. Ensure Clarity: All images must be well-lit and clearly display the damage to avoid delays in processing.

These images are essential for quality control and return processing. Without them, we may be unable to honor the return request for damaged items.

Refund Method: 

Approved returns will be refunded as store credit only, which can be used toward future SleekrMe purchases. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
